The purpose of this course is for the students who need to use English for their jobs. The areas of hotel work covered are concerned with reservations, rooms, services and facilities, i.e. those responsibilities involving communication with guests rather than behind the scenes management. The emphasis throughout the course is on understanding and responding to an international clientele using English as the main language of communication.
